Can you believe that the Chicken Pie Supper is upon us? Wow, where did September go? This will be a very busy week with all the cooking and cleaning going on here. But the office is open this week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so that you can get your Chicken Pie tickets ahead of the rush. Remember, only 300 tickets will be sold!
We’d like to give those that have worked so hard to prepare for this event a big round of applause and remember, we need all the help we can get to make this a success! Please sign up to help on Saturday!

Bread by the Bay
They are always in need of toiletry supplies; other core items needed are cereal, peanut butter, crackers, soup, pasta, canned fruit, jelly, oatmeal, rice, beans, sugar, and flour. Items may be donated here or directly to the pantry at United Methodist Church. You do make a difference!
Birthday Cards
The Deacons are looking for donations of children’s birthday cards. Birthday cards are sent to the Sunday School children as part of our faith family.
A Good Problem
Due to the large number of children in grades 4-8, we are thinking about splitting them into 2 groups. This will mean another Sunday School teacher will be needed. If you are willing to teach our youth, please contact Sunday School Coordinator, Kris Alwin, at 604-3923. Also, we will need more Kid’s Quest Bibles. If you’d like to donate toward the purchase of children’s bibles, please contact the church office or mark your donation and place it in the offering plate.
Thank you.
