Nov 16th – These Days Daily Devotional  DORIS ANN Scripture Psalm 16  Therefore my heart is glad, and my soul rejoices; my body also rests secure.  Action step: Adjust your schedule to make time to spend some quiet time with God.

Thurs. Nov 15th – STEVE Scripture Psalm 145  One generation shall laud your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.  Action Step: Reflect on those who served as mentors of faith and thank God for them.

Weds Nov 21st – There will be no youth Hand Chime Practice or Adult Handbell Practice, due to the Ecumenical Service.  However, all choir members participating in the Ecumenical Service should plan to meet on Weds evening at 6:20 pm for a rehearsal before the service!  Thank you!

Reminder to all youth in grades 5-8!  Please come to our Youth Hand CHime Practice tonite (Weds) at 6:00pm!  We need at least 8 youth to make this choir a success!  Don’t be shy, we look forward to seeing you soon!  Potluck begins at 5:30 pm and we will be enjoying our Breakfast menu – come for the food, stay for the fun!

BEVERLY Scripture Hebrews10:19-25  Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful.  Action step:  Be an encourager for someone who is struggling.

First Presbyterian Church will be hosting this year’s Ecumenical Service!  All are welcome to join us in worship on November 21st @ 7:00 pm.  * Confirmation class will be held at an earlier time to accomodate for the service. *

This Sunday First Presbyterian Church will offer both an 8:00 am Casual Worship as well as a 10:15 am Traditional Worship!  Please join us for worship – all are welcome!  “Please meet me at My house before the game – GOD”

Tues. Nov 13th – MS. TOMMIE Scripture Psalm 71  O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wonderous deeds.  Action Step: Write down a verse that reminds you of God’s presence.

Mon. Nov 12 – JACK  “When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed; this must take place, but the end is still to come.”  Action step:  contact a veteran and say thank you.

Sunday, Nov 11 – SUE “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the the treasury”  Action step:  Examine what you give to God in time, talent, and money.
