Monday December 10 – These Days Daily Devotional FALLING OFF THE DONKEY Scripture Luke 2:1-5 “Joseph also went from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to the city of David called Bethlehem”. Action step: Reflect on why it is important that the story of Jesus is grounded in history.

Tuesday Dec.4th – These Days Daily Devotional A PECULIAR CHRIST The shepherds said to one another “Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has taken place” Action step: This week try to see Christ in every single person you encounter.
If you would like to order your poinsettias to decorate the Church Sanctuary for the very reasonable price of $11.99, please let the office know and an order will be placed next week! Contact the office no later than Weds. Dec 5th! Colors will be white, pink and red. Please fill out the form and return to the office if you would like to place your poinsettia in honor or in memory of someone you love.
Thurs. Nov 29 – These Days Daily Devotional Scripture Psalm 25 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. Action step: Start a prayer journal. On the left pages write ‘help’ at the top of the page. On the right pages, write ‘Thanks’. Then write a prayer of petition and a prayer of Thanksgiving throughout Advent.

Weds Nov 28th – These Days Daily Devotional GOD’S PRESENCE IS OUR HOPE Scripture Jeremiah 33:14 The days are surely coming, says the Lord, when I will fulfill the promise I made. Action Step: Create a drawing or collage that represents all you hope for in this world. Display it somewhere where you can see it everyday.
Tues – NOV 27th These Days Daily Devotional TELLING THE TRUTH Scripture John 18:33-37 “For this I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who belongs to the truth listens to my voice.” Action step: Look for ways you can speak truth today. Then, with God’s help, speak up!
